Channel Partner Agreement

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with the registration:

• The Channel Partner agrees to promote and market Saanvi Nirman's construction and real estate services.
• Commission structure will be as per the mutually agreed terms and conditions.
• The Partner shall maintain confidentiality of all business information shared by Saanvi Nirman.
• The Partner agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Saanvi Nirman reserves the right to terminate the partnership with prior notice.
• All disputes shall be subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction only.
• The Partner shall not engage in any activity that may harm the reputation of Saanvi Nirman.
• Commission payments will be processed within 30 days of successful project completion.
• The Partner must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• This agreement is valid for one year and can be renewed upon mutual consent.
